President John Dramani Mahama officially commissioned the $110 million LC3 facility at the Tema Free Zones Enclave on March 5, 2026 - a landmark moment for Ghana's industrial policy, green economy ambitions and the entire African continent's approach to sustainable construction materials.
A National Milestone for Sustainable Industrialization.
The commissioning ceremony marked a significant moment in Ghana's industrial history. The plant, built with support from international partners and local engineering expertise, positions Tema as the continent's flagship LC3 hub.
