Executive Summary

CBI Ghana Overview

Company Vision

Establish CBI Ghana as Ghana's top sustainable cement provider.

Company Mission

Drive growth in market share and sales by leveraging quality, Ghanaian pride, and sustainability.

Our Company

Founded in 2017, CBI Ghana Ltd has grown from importing cement to becoming a leading local manufacturer. Based at the Tema Free Zone, we operate one of the most modern cement plants in Ghana, serving contractors to real-estate developers and masons.

Our Growth & Impact

From an initial $50 million investment.

In 2022, we committed an additional $100 million to build the world's largest calcined clay cement plant.

With over $145 million invested and 300+ jobs created, we are driving both growth and sustainability in Ghana's cement industry.

Corporate Governance

Our governance framework is built specifically to satisfy the strict requirements of Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) and international investors, ensuring 100% audit-ready compliance across all operations.

  • Absolute Financial Transparency
  • Strict Anti-Bribery & Corruption Controls
  • Independent Auditing & Board Oversight

Company Culture

We foster an environment of engineering excellence. Our core values reflect our commitment to quality, safety, and continuous innovation.

  • Uncompromising Safety Standards
  • Rigorous Technical Precision
  • Integrity in Delivery & Execution
Our Identity & Vision

From Technical Challenger to Market Reference.

Established in 2017, CBI Ghana was founded on the principle that infrastructure is only as reliable as the materials and the discipline behind them. In a market often defined by supply volatility and shifting quality, we have emerged as the Market Reference for high-stakes engineering.

Our vision for 2026–2028 is clear: to be the Procedural Default for Ghana's most critical projects. Excluding our cement solutions should increase project risk, while including them guarantees audit safety, logistical predictability, and environmental compliance.
